Nokia 5800 Xpress Music is the greatest touchscreen phone of its time. The touch screen is not comparable to Iphone or the latest android phones but it was one of the earliest touch screen phone so according to that touch screen is good.

The camera has Carl Zeus Lens 3.2 MP which is pretty good in the daylight but not much good in low light or may be the camera settings are somewhat confusing.

The battery is pretty good. It stays very long time.

I did not find much interesting games or apps for this phone as compared to iphone/android but the built in games (cars+bounce) are very good.

The other noticeable features include handwriting support and WIFI.

I'd like to say that Nokia's first touchscreen phone is a winner, but it's not as good as we expected. There's nothing outrageously wrong with it but, when compared with phones such as the Nokia E71, it's rather lacklustre. If you're going to use a touchscreen, it must work really well.

The 5800's screen just didn't do it for us -- it doesn't offer the kind of feedback or speed we expected and, as a result, the overall user experience was clunky. If Nokia had used a capacitive screen and improved the 5800's styling, it may have fared better in this review.
