1: minor scratch on genuine wear as to expected.
2: no Scratches on screen as always used with screen protector
3: touch pen is lost which will cost you rs 100 available in market. u can use with fingers like i am doing from 4 months
4: Cell never being opened or repaired
5: Comes with orignal hand free, charger and 1 mb card
6: first to see will buy.
i am willing to sale it just for upgrade
